What is a Transformational Life Coach?
Transformational Life Coaching is a great way to explore yourself, how you grow in the world and unlock the opportunities life holds for you.
A traditional Life Coach is a facilitator who invites you to see where you are now and where it is you would like to be then, helping you to bridge that gap by drawing out the answers from the person who knows you best...you.
Transformational Life coaching is similar but goes deeper to the core of a problem and looks at why we have resistance to change, to progress and evolve and get the happiness we deserve.
There is so much information out there, how to lose weight, how to exercise, what type of daily habits we should adopt. But even though we may know what we should be doing, without taking the time to understand why you're not doing it is like trying to ride a three legged horse. You're not going to get very far!
This is not a one fits all quick fix plan. I go deep. Our sessions together will be a safe space for you to open up and be listened to and for you to feel safe to share your fascinating, complicated humanness. Getting under the surface and digging down into the real stuff is the key to helping what's hurting....I promise.

How does the coaching work?
You are a unique and very special human being....whether or not that's part of your daily self chat it's true. So your coaching sessions will be just as unique as you are.
I use a holistic approach, meaning I look at you as a whole: your health and wellbeing, your mindset, your passions and the habits that have got you where you are today.
There isn't an exact blueprint for everyone because we're all so different.
We start with a discovery call so that I can get a clear picture of you, your life, where you are now and where you'd like to be. From there, I work out a bespoke programme to get you there.
The style of your coaching very much depends on what works best for you. Whether it's a kick ass no bulls**t approach or a softer more gentle kid gloves approach, whatever works best for you.
We meet, have a Zoom meeting or phone call every week, two weeks or monthly depending on your needs.
